Customs duty and tax for orders outside of the EU
We charge VAT on EU orders and UK orders under 130 GBP. VAT rates are according to the country of destination. When you order from outside the EU, we do not charge tax or duties on your order. You, being the receiver and importer, are responsible for any duties and tax upon import. If your shipment is returned to us due to non payment of customs duty and/or tax, any related charges will be deducted from the refund of your order, unless otherwise agreed with EZ Cooldown.
